The company, a leading startup in the AI and E-commerce industry, empowers consumers by simplifying their research and enabling more informed shopping decisions. We are a team of 60 passionate superstars, working from 3 different campuses worldwide.

Job Description:

Design, implement and execute company HR policies and procedures.
Structure and implement managers development program.
Develop and establish an onboarding process for new hires and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Develop and execute annual and interim evaluation processes.
Prepare, manage and execute HR and welfare budgets.
Track HR KPIs and key metrics to measure recruiting efficacy and retention level.
Devise, implement and monitor employee satisfaction and morale-boosting activities.
Measure the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommend improvements.
Willingness to commute between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem offices.


Qualification & Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; MSc is a plus.
At least 7 years of experience in the HR field and 3 years in an HR leadership position (at least 2 years in a startup company).
Experience in designing, implementing and executing HR policies and procedures as well as compensation and benefits programs.
Good knowledge of labor legislation.
Proficient level of English is required.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English.
