VP Customers
Responsible for all company operations to ensure successful product delivery to customers and ongoing maintenance/customer support
Develop policy, establish strategy and methodologies for reaching the above goals
Lead the customer service function and be responsible for all strategy, policy, and operations focused on customer satisfaction and retention
Manage the teams responsible for entire customer project lifecycle (for both legacy application and SaaS solution): project management, implementation, training and documentation, ongoing support and maintenance


B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or similar university degree
At least 10 years experience as VP Operations or similar in software company
At least 10 years experience in managing complex, international projects
Deep understanding of professional services provided to software customers
Familiarity with the competitive structures in the travel industry and the key actors in the local and global markets – a significant advantage
International experience in marketing and business development of systems including the establishment of distribution channels, and sales in the global markets
Strong business analytical skills
Proven leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent customer interaction
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
English at mother tongue level
