As a Technical Writer, you will join our growing Technical Documentation Team and collaborate with Product Managers, Support Engineers, and Technical Service Managers to make our products easier to use. This includes documenting new releases and complex processes in high-quality knowledge base articles, in order to contribute to our clients' overall success in using our products. You will need to demonstrate a keen understanding of each integral part of our platform, as well as an ability to translate this knowledge into clear and effective user materials.
Work with internal teams and subject matter experts to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the required documentation
Produce high-quality, detailed, and understandable documentation and that is appropriate for its intended audience
Document ongoing updates and releases in user-friendly, detailed knowledge base articles
Develop microcopy/UX texts for our products
Provide support in reviewing English documentation when needed
Minimum 2 years proven working experience in technical writing of enterprise-level software documentation, working with the product hands-on
English mother tongue (mandatory)
Excellent English writing skills, with an approachable and user-friendly style
Team player, with great interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in learning and understanding new technologies and complex products
Ability to work on multiple projects at once
Ability to take end-to-end responsibility for writing tasks
Experience working with CCMS authoring tools - advantage
Demonstrated experience in microcopy/UX writing
