We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a passion to help other people by ensuring good user experience.
This individual is constantly looking for solutions to problems, has the ability to troubleshoot the problems, analyze large amounts of data and identify trends and issues.
The ideal candidate is interested in improving our customers’ experience and wants to make a positive impact in the team.

• Provide fast and professional responses to users’ issues over email
• Walk users through a step-by-step process to investigate and resolve issues
• Maintain a high level of user satisfaction
• Identify and report trends, repeated issues and urgent bugs
• Stay up-to-date with new features and options added to the product

Requirements

• Arabic native speaker
• Professional level of written English
• Tech savvy and an enthusiastic smartphone user
• A problem solver with an innate sense of curiosity and passionate about helping people
• Great personal and communication skills
• Technical background or mobile app technical background- Advantage
• Experience as a customer support representative- Advantage
