Recruiters are in charge of finding talented candidates and helping them envision a career.
In this role, you will manage candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process. You will also partner with hiring managers - assessing their needs and guiding them through the process; you will implement creative strategies to find talent and help on-board some of the most talented people in the industry.
This is a long term contract with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

Responsibilities:

Drive the talent delivery process from beginning to end, develop and implement hiring practices that will provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
Proactively partner with Hiring Managers to understand their current hiring needs and plan for potential future hires
Influence and improve the client experience including hiring managers, candidates, new hires, and fellow recruiting staff members
Generate status reports & metrics for your groups
Foster strong relationships across the regional HR team – ensuring alignment, integration and sharing of key processes and systems and best practices with local and global business needs
Have FUN!

Basic Qualifications:

Overall experience: 2-3 years of in-house recruiting experience

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in technical recruiting with an eye for engineering talent
2 years of experience working in an agency
Excellent consultative skills, good at building strong relationships
Can work in a fast-paced, diverse, and changing environment
Understands metrics, the use of and importance. Not afraid of creating pivot tables.
Good written & verbal communication skills
Must be energetic, team focused with a strong sense of urgency
