Do you want to be part of our IT team? Do you have an experience as a Tech Support/IT Technician? If yes, we are looking for someone like you

A Day in the Life

We offer you a position where you will be:

· IT support for our employees in Yokneam
· First tier IT support
· Coordination with our Global Support centers
· Responsibilities for company desktops, laptops, printers, wireless, video conferencing, communications systems, anti-virus and encryption systems
· Document IT systems, services and procedures.
· Diagnose and solve issues identified by users or automated monitoring systems
· Active Directory, OWA , ServiceNow , SAP , Cisco VOIP

Must Haves

· Proven work experience of 5 years in Tech support/IT Technician or in a similar position
· Experience in a help desk environment
· Great interpersonal skills
· Experienced in a large enterprise
· Excellent English (read, speak, write)

Nice to Haves

· Technical courses
· MCITP – advantage
· Great interpersonal skills
