Talent Acquisition Specialist
 
Looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help manage our hirings in Tel Aviv office. To succeed in your role, recruitment must be your passion. Your main purpose will be to help us shape our organization future by hiring talents.

Responsibilities

Lead a “Full cycle recruiting” including: sourcing, reviewing and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews to extending job offers, and reference checks.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.
Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great candidate experience.
Make our employee referral program a key component of the talent acquisition process and partner with different teams to engage across events
Support Employer Branding initiative – including meetups, online recruiting communities and other social media initiatives.
Sourcing for candidates – Identify social networks and communities forums based on the understanding of the jobs and to identify and attract both active and inactive talent/Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great candidate experience.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting for G&A/Marketing/Customer Support roles, including at least 1 year of in-house experience (Startup company- an advantage)
Friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive and can-do approach
Excellent sourcing skills, great candidate outreach, building short and long-term sourcing strategies
Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements
High level of English - written and verbal - Must
Prior use of talent market insights and exceptional data analysis skills to support decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and events with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, HR and Recruiting communities, etc
Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment
