Talent Acquisition & HR Manager
The Global recruiter and HR Manager will lead end to end hiring process and talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent worldwide to support our ongoing growth. This is a high impact role requiring demonstrated ability, creativity, and experience in managing and executing a global recruiting strategy. You’ll understand the business, build relationships with exceptional candidates and partner with the hiring managers in assessment and providing a great candidate experience. The role will include ongoing HR responsibilities in addition to talent acquisition and reports to the VP HR.


Lead the full cycle hiring process
Build a candidate pipeline, identifying and building relationships with top talent worldwide
Source creatively using LI and social media as well as other channels
Lead employer branding
Build relationships with candidates understanding their needs throughout the recruitment cycle and proving an excellent experience
Be a trusted partner with hiring managers, understanding their needs, maintaining communication and leading successful recruitment
Build and maintain relationships with outside recruiting agencies. Manage the contract and budget process with recruiting partners
Manage the internal referral program and build enthusiasm and support for driving candidate referrals from existing employees
On-board new employees
Contribute to various HR initiatives (performance evaluations, payroll, welfare)


At least 5 years’ experience as a recruiter in hi-tech field (agency experience is relevant as well)
Global hiring is a must
Experienced in sourcing and excellent knowledge of LinkedIn - must
Strong English, both verbal and written- a must
B.A in Social Science/Behavioral Science or equivalent
Experience in technological recruiting - advantage
Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously
Strong leadership, both direct and indirect. Ability to work well cross-functionally and influence across the organization at all levels
Analytical thinker, detail oriented and excellent customer service focus
High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism
Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
