Sales Manager – Balkans, Romania & Greece
 
Looking for a Sales Manager for the Balkans, Romania & Greece, to manage complex sales process for our products, to increase company’s sales to new and existing customers in the region, with a strong focus on new business development. The Sales manager will work with Sales and Customer facing team in the region, report directly to Sales Director – Central East Europe, and will be based in our HQ - Israel.

Responsibilities

Build effective relationships with existing and prospective accounts and sell at all levels within Customer organization
Create a business plan for the different customer segments in the territory
Identify and sign up relevant partners, develop new accounts in the relevant market (direct/indirect)
Prepare proposals to meet client needs and requirements including all technical details with the support of Pre-Sales Engineers
Identify and utilize communication channels to target end user organizations and decision makers
Own forecast and work with international and national team


Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry in Central East Europe, a proven track record of sales to Utility & Government / SP segment and closing deals with Telecommunication operators in the relevant region
Good understanding of the Telecommunications industry, market, products and technology- especially IP
Ability to articulate value propositions and perform benefits-selling up to C-level decision makers
Proven ability to interface and coordinate work with internal departments and external customers at all levels, business partners and industry leaders
Highly developed selling, customer relations, negotiating, decision making, leadership, administration and strategic account planning skills
Self-starter with high motivation to achieve goals without supervision
Good presentation and written communication skills
Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field
MBA degree – an advantage
Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
Fluent English must
Another European language an advantage
