Sales Enablement Program Manager
Sales Enablement is a critical component of our growth strategy, with the key goal of scaling the organization, designing world-class onboarding and improving sales productivity to drive revenue.

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to design and develop the sales enablement program for our global sales organization. The person will create and manage sales education and programs for all sales motions including Sales Development, Acquisition, Customer Development and Field Sales Reps, SEs and Sales Management. The ideal candidate will have sales enablement program development experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.


Own execution of the global sales training plan at all levels from new hire (on-boarding bootcamps) to ongoing training (weekly global sales education webinars, Sales Kick Off breakouts)
Act as business partner to the regional VP’s, working with them to execute specific in-region training
Implement a LMS – track training, pre-work completion, metrics and present monthly report to regional leaders
Liaise with Product Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success to design and develop complementary programs and learning paths for new hires and existing sales employees
Measure and assess the effectiveness of enablement and training solutions to inform future program requirements and identify areas where additional learning and reinforcement are required
Partner with sales leadership, HR and education to establish a sales competency and assessment framework to ensure individual sales representatives and first line sales manager’s training and sales enablement needs are met.
Regularly spend time in the field with managers and reps to understand the “field reality” and build sales enablement deliverables to address customer gaps to our solutions
Create content for sales enablement tools


Exceptional program management track record with measurable business results
Ability to develop training material that is tightly coupled with buying process and market understanding
Solid knowledge of and experience in instructional design, eLearning and social learning concepts
Strong management control skills
Proven ability to develop and execute virtual and instructor-led programs and training
Experience with utilizing or deploying a Learning Management System (LMS)

Experience & Education

3-5 years leading and managing sales enablement programs, including channel partners or equivalent in Global high-tech companies
Instructional Technologies/Education desirable
Team-player with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentations skills that build confidence and credibility. Highly articulate with marketing and business acumen.
Strong project management, planning and coordination; including tracking and reporting on a complex set of readiness initiatives and training initiatives
Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
