Were looking for an outstanding ambitious Procurement & Logistics Admin!

Our ideal candidate must have a "can do" approach, high intelligence and quick problem-solving skills, as well as assertiveness, independence and an ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities Including but not limited to:

Procurement management and optimization
Support different department needs and establish/maintain processes
Interacting with multiple outside agencies and organizations and engage on a need basis
Facilitating daily operations within the office, such as maintenance matters, deliveries, etc..
Arranging travel itineraries and events
Project management and leading any other Ad-hoc task (Company events, employees, holidays presents etc.)
Facilitating on-boarding and off-boarding processes and logistics.
Maintaining work environment and equipment
Attendance management and logistics


At least 2 years of experience as a main focal point of administration, operations and logistics in a Hi-Tech company
Excellent English - verbal and written - must
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
A strong sense of urgency, accountability and end-to-end ownership
Exceptional organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing
