=The Pre-Sales Consultant acts as a conduit between sales and delivery, translating our potential customers’ business vision and strategy into solutions. This role works as an integral member of the sales team, driving the technology evaluation part of the sales process as well as serving as the key technical advisor and advocate for our products during the sales process.
We are looking for a top performer who can establish & maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with our Enterprise and Strategic clients. The ideal candidate must exude a passion for understanding the needs of the customer and articulating the value of our products and solutions in meeting those needs.

What will you actually be doing?

Support the Account Executives by taking a consultative role in the customers’ software evaluation processes, which includes but is not limited to; answering all technical questions, troubleshooting development/configuration issues, providing implementation and configuration recommendations, designing a valuable solution and managing any needed escalations to Support and Engineering.
Develop strong technical relationships within the various customer teams, acting as a trusted advisor.
Convey the value of our products through many mediums, including; phone, presentation and live/online product demonstrations.
Manage technical demonstrations both onsite and offsite.
Collaborate on and present custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle.
Aggregate feedback from customer meetings and be able to articulate it back to Product Management and Engineering.
Speak at field events to both the technical and non-technical audiences.
Travel may be required.

What should you bring to the table?

A vast number of years of experience in the world of SaaS sales working with Enterprise customers in one of the following roles: Functional / Technical Pre-sales or Functional / Technical Consultant.
Past experience in dealing with large strategic customers, during a long sales cycle.
Ability to grasp, interpret, and articulate complex technical information to audiences of varying technical levels.
Technical knowledge of website structure, SaaS software models, and deployment methods and architecture.
Deep understanding of various coding languages such as HTML, CSS and JQUERY- must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas- both technical and non-technical via various mediums.
Experience in working with CRM systems, notably SFDC.
Experience and/or comfortable presenting to and interacting with customers at all levels – engineering to C level.
A natural leader who can calmly respond to urgent matters.
Have a deep understanding of enterprise technologies and business context.
Native English - must
Fluent German/French - advantage
