A bit about the position

In this position you will be the Personal Assistant to one of the company’s founders. You will work closely with them to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial, administrative and optimization tasks. As a PA, you will often act as the manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization, including domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Dealing with incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the Co-Founder in Hebrew or English, and in a variety of professional and casual manners
Screening enquiries and requests, and handling them as appropriate, with a high degree of judgement as to urgency, prioritization and relationship management
Carrying out specific projects and tasks, both short term, recurring, and long term, continuously balancing between them
Reminding the Co-Founder of important tasks, deadlines and meetings - anticipating in advance needs for these be they logistical needs or professional preparation
Organizing and maintaining the Co-Founder’s calendar, both professional and personal, so that the maximum needed is achieved
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as needed, executing contracts for signature, mailing and filing, maintaining records
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation on complex multi-city International business trips and conference/speaking/media appearances
Running personal errands

Requirements

Native English speaker, fluent Hebrew speaker
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask
Proactive, self-managing, fast learning ability to upload a lot of information, quickly
Confidentiality, Tact and diplomacy, flexibility, patience and a sense of humor
