Organizational Development Manager
The Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for leading a wide range of global leadership & organizational development programs, by identifying, developing and delivering these programs in partnership with other HR & OD team members, using cutting-edge models and practices. This role is reporting to the Director of Leadership & Organizational Development.


Leads some of the work streams on the different components of OD activities (performance management, leadership development, change management, engagement etc.)
Serves as a talent expert through initiatives and project work related to succession planning, performance management, talent assessment, talent development / coaching, individual development planning and enhancing management capabilities
Establishes, tracks and reports OD metrics to measure organizational impact based on established goals and timelines. Monitors and continually improves the effectiveness of existing OD programs to ensure overall impact and value
Leads the implementation of leadership and organizational development initiatives, (e.g., Leadership Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Culture, Performance Management, Executive Coaching, High Potential Development etc.)
Partners with business and HR leadership, serving as a trusted advisor for business planning and change initiatives. Develops and helps business create and implement effective change management strategies and plans to ensure successful and lasting change
Identifies development needs, evaluate talent, recommend actions, and facilitate implementation of development and talent movement actions
Partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Total Rewards and others as needed to deliver well-executed and robust solutions
Coordinates and aligns project plans, communication, and related efforts with HR and Corporate initiatives


MA – in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field
Fluent English (preferably as mother tongue)
5 years' experience in OD roles in a global company
Experience in designing, leading, coordinating and administering Organizational Development and Talent Management initiatives (e.g. change management, organizational assessment, organizational design, team development, employee engagement survey, high potential identification, succession planning, talent reviews and assessment, leadership or executive development, etc.)
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute with and through others while managing multiple projects and changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, develop and maintain strong business relationships, and build networks with Talent & Organizational Capability colleagues, HR Business Partners, business clients, and others throughout the company
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Highly analytical with ability to gather and interpret talent data
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced skill with tools such as pivot tables) and PowerPoint
