Office Operations Coordinator
 
We are a private English school that works with 400 families and 10 private schools in Haifa and the Krayot.
We are hiring an Office Operations and Client Solutions
Coordinator to work with our office staff in Ramat Begin.

Responsibilities include:

1) Material design, production, organization, and storage
2) Customer Service on the phone in Hebrew and English (problem solving, enrollment of new clients, matching teachers with clients)
3) Teacher support in English (gathering teaching materials, coordinating appointments)
4) Office Administration - phone, computer, database, bookkeeping, paperwork, ordering supplies and textbooks

We are looking for applicants that are native Hebrew speakers who have a high level of English and are able to communicate easily in English with our teachers and office staff.

Pay - 30-35 nis per hour, salaried position. 15-20 hours a week in the morning, with more hours possible during the months of August to November.
