Office Manager – Bilingual French & English
 
The office manager is in charge actively ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office and provide support to staff of the company and visitors.

The key responsibilities are:

Manage the day- to day- operations of the office
Provide general support to key visitors (internal and external)?
Provide general administrative support
Support in the organization of company events
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Implement administrative systems and procedures and monitoring administrative projects
Assisting in resolving any administrative problems
Must ensure that standards and design identity of the office?
Make sure that all visitors and guests are received well

French and English are mandatory.
