CEO's schedule and calendar management and action items tracking
Coordinating meetings (board meetings and management related meeting)
Purchasing and finance administration: Assisting the CFO in purchasing tasks (communications with suppliers to receive best terms for the Company, working with ERP system to track purchase orders), filing and coordinating of Company agreements, etc.
Travel Coordination: making travel arrangements (Visas, flights, hotels, transportation etc.) and preparing itineraries
Tracking expense and attendance reports
Reception desk: Receiving calls and mail, hosting guests, etc.
Responsible for: office maintenance and cleaning, cafeteria refreshments, shipments, office equipment, company mobiles, managing attendance, etc.
HR and Finance support

Job Requirements:

Academic degree
2+ years administrative experience supporting organizations in the high-tech industry
Experience in travel coordination
Proven mastery of MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
High level of English both written and verbal
Independent, responsible, task oriented, assertive, excellent interpersonal skills
Flexibility and availability beyond formal working hours is a must
