Marketing Automation and Operations Manager
As a Marketing Automation and Operations Manager you will develop robust demand programs using web, marketing automation and CRM tools together. Create integrated, targeted horizontal and account-based programs that deliver solid, qualified pipeline to our sales organization. You will also implement our nurturing strategy to ensure that every audience gets the right messages. As a Marketing Automation expert, you will help administer our marketing automation system.

You are a proactive marketing professional with the ability to support field and other cross-functional groups. You will help develop and implement scalable processes for all different types of digital programs. You must have strong organizational and project management skills, be an excellent communicator, and work well in a dynamic, extremely fast paced and global environment.


Build processes around and drive execution for multi-channel demand generation activities, leveraging ABM tactics, target account data, marketing automation and CRM tools. Tactics are wide ranging, including email, webinar, event, paid media programs, landing pages, outbound outreach, and nurture.
Work with cross-functional teams maintaining processes that ensure best practices in program structure and lead management.
Use Marketo to build and execute on promotional programs and tracking, refining lead scoring and optimizing the lead lifecycle as needed.
Manage Marketo data environment for accuracy and completeness, and ensure new leads are properly uploaded, routed, and segmented for marketing activities..
Assist in providing marketing support to Sales where needed, particularly around Salesforce and other integrated technology components.
Participate in analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.


3+ years marketing experience, with knowledge around ABM, B2B demand generation and marketing technology. Marketo experience, or similar Marketing Automation platform.
Strong hands on knowledge of Salesforce or other similar CRM platform.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and able to communicate and keep key stakeholders informed and up to date as needed.
High attention to detail with experience in analyzing data for anomalies, QAing digital content, and ensuring lead flow is working correctly for tracking across various channels.
Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
Highly analytical and technically capable.
