Part time position (50%) – perfect for student/parents

Responsibilities

Assist with external vendors: make orders, issue purchase orders and work with Finance department to ensure payment
Assist with planning and executing Company events/activities, trade shows, and other internal sales/marketing functions as needed
Ship, track, and maintain Company trade show booths, stands, and other trade show collateral
Assist with marketing campaigns and marketing support
Coordinate, prepare, and distribute Company newsletters
Update company websites as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education: University student or university graduate ideally in Marketing, Business Administration or Social Sciences.
High proficiency in English, both verbal and written communication
Superior computer, internet and e-mail skills; extensive knowledge of Word, Excel and some publishing tools (Wordpress, HTML)
Strong project management, organizational skills and good use of judgment.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage time to meet desired production deadlines
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
High sense of urgency
