HThe Manager, Labor Economics & Workforce Analytics will be part of the International Markets HR team, responsible for Labor Economy and Workforce Analytics for the International Markets and Global Support Functions.
This role interfaces with multiple local & global stakeholders and reports to Senior Director HR Program Management and Labor Economy.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Consolidate and analyze International Markets and Global Support Functions headcount and cost of labor data from multiple global sources
Assist in preparing data for unit’s Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecast, and long range plans
Manage International Markets HR budget and Headcount
Create quarterly analyses of HR data such as HC trend, Turnover, Performance Management, etc.
Perform internal audit of system data, processes, and procedures that support data integrity initiatives and drive adherence to standard work

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Industrial Engineering/ Economics or related field
Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience

Qualifications / Skills

High proficiency in Excel
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Orientation for details
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with global interfaces
Fluency in English
Team player, highly motivated and proactive
Service-oriented approach
