Seeking to recruit an FP&A role to its International Finance team in Israel. The FP&A role will be part of the International Finance team and will participate in number of key financial processes including budgeting and forecasting, internal sales management reporting, support of monthly, quarterly and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis, sales and project pricing and profitability analysis, and budgetary control.

Responsibilities & Scope of Role

Assist in the preparation, reporting and analysis of the monthly International P&L report. Analyzing financial results versus forecast, prior year and budget. Perform revenue, gross margin, and operating expense variance analysis.
Monitor, analyze and interpret sales and revenue data, providing weekly and monthly reports to sales management.
Preparation of the annual budget. Provide budget control by an actual vs. budget analysis on monthly basis, including raising flags when needed.
HC tracking and salary analysis.
Pricing, costing and profitability analysis for special deals, including monitoring performance.
Support new product offering in the aspect of revenue recognition.
Take a role in defining and implementing financial reporting structures and KPIs specific to the International business.


Bachelor’s degree in economics. MBA an advantage.
At least 3 years’ experience as an economist in a global company. High Tech experience an advantage.
High analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both Hebrew and English.
Excellent MS Excel Knowledge.
Ability to quickly learn and master new information systems such as ERP, CRM and Business Intelligence tools. Experience working with advanced hosted ERP, BI tools and/or Budget Planning applications an advantage.
