Head of Sales
 
Construction and establishment of an international sales team responsible (hands on) for the variety of activities in the field, including the development of sales strategies
Accountable for the development and execution of the company’s go-to-market strategy
Responsible for determining the organization’s sales policy as well as for planning, supervising and directing all sales and marketing activities in the organization
In-depth analysis of the competitive environment and examination of possible directions of action
Strategic partnerships and engagement with new players in the industry
External activity – finding distributors
Management of the business plan in practice – implementation and follow-up
Develop and implement a global expansion plan to achieve revenue growth
Directly oversee all sales, customer success and marketing strategy
Set individual and organization-wide goals, budgets and sales targets
Responsible for driving revenue and profitability objectives through in-depth client/industry knowledge and opportunities in the market
Develop deep knowledge and expertise around our solution, services and our value proposition while clearly articulating our differentiation relative to the client’s specific needs and objectives
Demonstrate leadership by bringing new ideas and solutions to the company

Requirements:

5-10 years proven track record of success in international sales, marketing and sales operations leadership experience
Proven experience in direct and indirect selling enterprise SW
Proven experience in SaaS solutions (preferably ERP/mission critical solutions) – an advantage
Proven experience in the travel industry (travel agencies, tour operators, SW providers to the travel industry, etc) – an advantage
Academic education in marketing / business administration – Mandatory
Proven success in scaling emerging companies from early revenue, consistently exceeding revenue and earnings expectations
Strong analytical skills and experience with revenue performance and forecasting, B2B sales management and data-driven marketing analysis
Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking systems
Specific experience within direct response and lead generation
Ability to recognize market trends and deliver new revenue opportunities
Legal- and deal-making capability
Highly independent, 100% self-motivated, positive attitude, strong attention to detail, highly organized, great follow-through, effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize, respond to pressure, and meet deadlines
