As the HR Manager, you will lead all HR initiatives and act as a strategic partner to our leaders in our Tel Aviv office. This role reports to our Global Head of HR in NYC. Your work will be instrumental for our growth and will nurture and amplify the company's culture and values.
You will be responsible for scaling our company culture, advising and overseeing local recruiting strategies, Organizational Development, and all people operations initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of talented and mission-driven human resource professionals in Tel-Aviv. You will support all local teams in recruiting, talent management, benefits, training, performance management, employee growth, and employee retention.
You are forward-thinking and know how to achieve short-term goals while implementing scaling processes and tools for the long-term. With your passion for people and performance optimization, you’ll navigate the complex issues of rapid growth and champion a people-focused and solutions-oriented approach to ensure success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Influence and drive change with local teams to align the people strategy with business goals while maintaining effective relationships with employees
Manage training programs and local/global Organizational Development activities
Manage and develop the local People Team by providing guidance, professional development, and day to day support
Own all local HR issues, and use good judgment in escalating as needed
Implement appropriate policies and programs for effective management of people: programs for employee relations, affirmative action, sexual harassment, employee complaints, external education and career development, among others
Maintain knowledge of local HR policies, programs, laws and issues
Initiate programs that help our culture continue to thrive and measure metrics to create efficiencies and program performance
Manage the budget and other financial measures of the local HR department
At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP/HR Manager (preferably in a fast-growing high-tech company, and in a global environment)
Have well-rounded capabilities across the full HR spectrum in a rapid growth organization (talent acquisition, development and training, compensation and benefits, welfare, performance management, talent management)
Experience in leading and implementing organizational development processes and management
Experience leading and developing professionals in a combination of General HR, Talent Acquisition and related disciplines
Experience working with and influencing senior leaders as well as being capable of diving deep into the organization to implement initiatives that impact the grassroots of the business
Strong project management, organizational presence, and communication skills backed with a data-driven approach
Care deeply about relationships and empathize with team members and leaders and have the ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality
A creative, resourceful problem solver, excellent teamwork skills, proactive and self-motivated
Excellent communications skills, in Hebrew and English alike
Bachelor’s degree required
