HR Associate/Office Administrator
 
The Human Resources Coordinator will support key human resource needs in the areas of talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration and payroll processing.
This individual will also be responsible for a number of general office day to day tasks.
The Human Resources Coordinator should be highly organized, able to multitask and manage multiple time-sensitive demands, have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and support the mission of our organization.

Facilitate the recruitment process for onsite positions including: Contracting and managing placement agencies, CV screening, scheduling interviews and following up with managers on feedback and results
Coordinate the new hire onboarding process
Act as the primary liaison with several departments including HR, HRIS, Payroll, Timekeeper, and Benefits in order to troubleshoot, manage, and resolve day to day employee issues
Answer common employee requests and questions or direct them to the appropriate contact
Maintain all office administration including: answer phones, greet guests, collect and review office related invoices, locate and contract suppliers, order food, office supplies, computer and network equipment, internet and phone service providers, furniture, maintenance professionals etc., office maintenance, buildouts
Plan and prepare all office events (i.e., employee celebrations)
Communicate with corporate departments when appropriate
Contract and manage all local service providers that are related to the office maintenance, food, office and other suppliers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced mode of work
1-2 years of HR and/or Recruitment experience (agencies and/or organizations)
Hands on experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, writing job descriptions, reference checks, etc)
