Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage operational HR system (SuccessFactors)
Conduct data quality audits
Data governance lead
Support implantation of new modules and system enhancements
Serve as a focal point for system support
Provide operational reporting solutions


Requirements:

Previous knowledge and operation of HR systems – strong advantage
Experience with HR processes
Strong analytical skills
Experience with MS Office tools
Fluent in English
Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
Team player, proactive and customer-oriented approach
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-learning ability
Preferably educated to college level or relevant experience
