Support business goals achievement by enabling organizational capability development by embedding learning culture and practices into our day to day lives

Responsibilities & Scope of Role

Creating organizational learning plan by conducting learning needs assessment process of relevant units, using various methods like interviews, focus groups, questionnaires, etc.
Learning plan execution: Driving the successful delivery of relevant learning solutions
This includes all operational aspects including: room booking, printing, participants attendance recording, quotes and invoices tracking and any other required logistics.
Monitoring learning effectiveness and taking corrective actions when needed
Driving in-unit and cross-unit knowledge sharing and learning initiatives
Supporting any requirements related to ISO compliance or any other quality standards
Managing vendors to ensure the effective and cost-efficient delivery of relevant programs
Setting and managing the training budget
Deploying relevant learning technologies to support effective delivery of learning solutions, including LMS, and virtual learning platforms like Adobe connect
Supporting management and leadership programs
Supporting operational aspects of key HR processes like annual performance management, organizational engagement survey and more.
Engaging with the HR community to push and pull learning related initiatives and needs

Qualifications & Experience

MA Degree in Instructional Methodology, Instructional Design, Adult Technical Learning, Education or other appropriate discipline
3-5 years’ experience as a learning manager in a fast-paced organization
Must be comfortable explaining and discussing complex learning topics with senior management within the context of an overall business solution or strategy.
Tech savvy, experienced with LMS and other learning platforms video and audio enabled
Proven track record of embedding advanced agile learning practices into daily lives using platforms like guilds, hackathons, Pecha-Kucha events and more
Outstanding English language skills
Mastering excel and power point
Global work experience
Experienced in technological environment
Content development background- advantage
