Global HR Manager - FT
Looking for a dedicated, professional and highly organized Global HR Manager to join our rapidly expanding, venture-backed startup, based in the heart of Tel Aviv.

As the Global HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting top-notch talent, managing all aspects of the employee life cycle and fostering strong leadership and team-building within the company. You will also manage and oversee employee payroll administration and benefits.

Job Description

As the Global HR Manager you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the harmonized implementation of People-related core processes and key initiatives in Israel and abroad
Consulting closely with the business and advising on key People issues
Contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to business direction and needs
Establishing HR objectives in line with business objectives
Managing all general HR activities including performance management, employee relations, HR policy and procedures, talent acquisition and management consulting
Providing strategic business partnerships and coaching for managers and the employees abroad
Initiating, driving and implementing the organizational design, visioning and team building activities that support growth and scalability
Working closely with legal, finance and key stakeholders to roll out People initiatives
Coaching and developing company culture for the managers and employees through the understanding what drives employees and management
Owning the employee lifecycle management ensuring a great employee experience from onboarding to exit; including the transactional process (i.e.- generation of letters/ contracts, reference checking, inductions, disciplinary, etc.)
Overseeing the TLV monthly payroll administration and benefits compliance in a timely manner along with reviewing and implementing process improvements

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years in the HR field or as an HRBP
Experience recruiting hires abroad and in Israel
Experience leading HR teams through change/reorganizations and integration of a new organization is a plus
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong understanding of HR operations and the ability to lead teams to execute HR basics flawlessly
University Bachelor’s degree
Strong interpersonal skills
High-level English speaking and writing capabilities
