Facebook + Google campaign manager with a proven track record of running successfully large scale accounts wanted!

If you have a background/interest in COSMETICS/HEALTH , and have demonstrated the ability to create high performing Facebook and Google ad campaigns, optimize campaigns based on analysis of key metrics, and are looking for a meaningful and creative professional experience - this might be the job you’re looking for.

You will:

-Produce high performing ad campaigns for cosmetic product launches and marketing funnels
-Work side by side with the rest of our Marketing Team in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive site traffic, conversions and revenue from Facebook and other paid social media channels.
-Manage and report on ad campaigns, content posts, and funnels
-Coordinate with our writers, graphic designers, and video team to facilitate successful production of assets
Track and analyze the ongoing testing of all marketing efforts, including ads, funnels, and social media posts
-Optimize campaigns and funnels to maximize efficiency and performance of key metrics
Stay on top of new techniques and changes in the market, which you’ll incorporate and test in our marketing
-You will be responsible for the daily management of our Search Engine Marketing / Cost Per Click / Pay Per Click (SEM / CPC / PPC) investments.

Required:

-3+ yrs experience in campaign management
-Proven expertise in Facebook Ads & Google AdWords
-Experience managing PPC accounts in the US and
European health or beauty industries
-Ability to identify and recommend solutions to technical hurdles
-Must be able to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize results
-Experience transitioning PPC campaigns to a newly designed site with different url structure
-Excellent communication skills along with proficiency in advertising and marketing principles to evaluate the most cost-effective paid media solution
-Attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple marketing tactics and projects simultaneously
-Knowledge of the cosmetics/skincare world a BIG advantage
