Reporting to the SVP, Head of Brand Partnership, you will be the first one the field and the last line of defense to execute all aspects of brand campaigns. You will organize, manage and help execute campaign launches, working closely with sales, campaign managers, account managers, creative, product, finance and streamer success teams to ensure clear communication with colleagues and clients and flawless campaign execution. You will also help in communication and problem solving with live streamers and their management personnel to ensure clear understanding and compliance for campaigns.

Project manage the campaign execution process from start to finish
Create source materials, templates, guidelines, training materials - anything needed to ensure smooth operations and transparent communication
Ensure that each department in the company is aware and accountable to their participation in any campaign executions
Participate with Finance on the invoicing and collections process for brand campaigns
Run internal meetings and KOC’s to align all stakeholders on timely execution and deliverables
Prepare reports and status checks for Management team
Provide insights and ideas to improve the efficiency of the campaign operations team
5-7 years hands on experience running a client services or ad operations team focused on operational level execution
Experience working with influencer campaigns a plus
Extremely well organized, systematic, with great attention to detail
Project management experience
Proficient with BI, CRM platforms and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Google docs
Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
Strong critical thinking to anticipate and avoid problems before they appear
