Digital Adoption Consultant
 
Looking for a passionate Digital Adoption Consultant who can apply our suite of products and solutions to achieve customer objectives. As the Digital Adaption Consultant, you will manage multiple moving pieces for our customers’ onboarding, adoption, and engagement to help our customers maximize their value from the company. You must also have excellent communication, motivational skills, and be passionate about providing an exceptional experience for every customer

What will you actually be doing?

Understand and interpret complex customer business models, consult and execute on the delivery of a technical solution using all aspects of our offerings.
Drive the onboarding efforts of new and existing customers by understanding business objectives and partnering with the solution engineers team for technical configuration and detailed design deliverables.
Develop in-depth project plan schedules and work breakdown structures to ensure team accountability for milestone dates and work quality.
Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans to executive sponsors and internal/external project teams
Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them effectively and efficiently.
Champion your clients business needs by leading client facing and internal discussions around the advancement of innovative product ideas or use cases for our solution.
Be the expert on implementation, responsible for implementing and managing the technological product lifecycle.
Incorporate business findings and recommendations into scalable solution designs.
Collaborate with team members throughout the entire engagement lifecycle through Salesforce design, configuration, testing, deployment and support.
Enable the customers and partners to become self-sufficient through one-on-one training and customer/partner solution reviews.
Work might entail traveling to customers workshops on a quarterly basis.
Working days Mondays to Fridays

What should you bring to the table?

5+ years of experience in professional services, management consulting, customer success, or another client-facing role.
In-depth knowledge and experience with delivering enterprise software application implementations successfully. Proven ability to manage medium or large scale projects.
Executive presence and confidence in communicating with technical, business, and C-level stakeholders.
Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
Strong organizational and technical skills that allow for ease when guiding customers through technical processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional key European language a plus)
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Mon - Fri workweek
Working knowledge of HMTL, JavaScript and CSS, process flow optimization and organizational change management experience - an advantage
Team player with the highest level of integrity.
