If you can work with our customers, provide them support, training and give them a helping hand in bringing their website or in-house performance to peak, your place is with us!

Responsibilities

Partner with our clients to help them operate the system to achieve peak performance.
Operate as the lead point of contact for any & all matters specific to your clients, including escalations.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
Set and maintain goals with clients.
Travel the world an train our system

Requirements

Online media experience and ability to manage strategic client relationships.
Ability to effectively manage time and influence decision-makers
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization
Identify and leverage trends and new opportunities within industry of expertise/focus
Strong analytical skills preferred
World travel is required almost once a month
Perfect English writing and speaking
