We’re looking for -

A CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) is someone who knows their customer’s needs, wishes and dreams.
S/he should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.
The CRM Manager is responsible for retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis. This includes idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution.
The CRM manager will proactively offer ideas for campaigns and business insights to improve the holistic user’s life cycle referring to different phases: leads, sign ups, loads, education of new products and churn.

Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
Manage and promote online marketing campaigns from planning to execution, based on specific customer segmentation, or behavioral change objectives. All that while working with numerous operational interfaces – campaign managers, product teams, designers, copywriters, HTML developers and additional operational etc’.
Data analysis and monitoring of various KPIs.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

1-2 years of relevant experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in the field of Marketing / Industrial management / Economics.
Must be number driven and analytical with solid excel skills. Able to create data insights and use them to develop actionable tasks/campaigns – a must.
English - mother tongue level.
Highly motivated and independent individual who can carry projects from beginning to end.
Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
Hands-on proven capabilities and attention to details is a must.
Ability to manage projects and matrix interfaces.
Good interpersonal skills.
Very independent

Not a must but a great advantage

Experienced in marketing activities in the areas of online customer retention – a significant advantage.
Former introduction with the online payment industry – an advantage.
