An international leader in providing comprehensive IT management solutions is looking to recruit an awesome candidate who will contribute to the Client Success department as an Channel & Account Manager.

Requirements

Manage relationships with existing Channels/ Partners
Monitor sales, retention and operational results based on KPI's
Continuously train Channels/ Partners on Company Offerings
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Qualifications:

Mother Tongue English & Hebrew- A must
Additional languages: Italian / Portuguese - Advantage
Channel Manager background in high tech companies minimum 2 years- A must
Experience with upselling and cross-selling existing clients - A must
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a dynamic environment
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Good interpersonal relationship skills
