Call Center Manager
 
Position includes:

• Managing a team of 15 Lead Generator Representatives directed at US market
• Recruitment, training and management of employees
• Responsibility for fulfilling operations/quality goals
• Corresponding with clients
• Responsibility for general customer success operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing telephone sales teams of 15+ employees mandatory
• English mother tongue /mother tongue level mandatory
• Ability to motivate employees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Systematic approach
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Familiarity with management systems for call centers an advantage
• Experience working in a global company an advantage
• Willingness to work evening hours
• Academic degree
• Knowledge and full command of OFFICE software mandatory

Full time plus overtime hours
