CRM Manager
 
We are looking for a creative, resourceful, analytical and dedicated CRM Manager to join our team in Tel-Aviv. You will have the opportunity to communicate with our guests and enhance their stay while enjoying the “company experience”, worldwide. Your goal is to increase retention and revenue, using cutting edge CRM platform across multiple communication channels (email, web, app, social, etc.). You will report to the CRM Team Leader and work closely with the product, marketing and sales teams all around the world.

Responsibilities:

Set up, orchestrate and optimize lifecycle marketing and CRM campaigns (triggered and ad-hoc) to achieve business objectives
Hit engagement and retention target KPIs
Maximize users lifetime value by delivering the right message to the right user at the right time
Build a communication strategy throughout the entire user lifecycle and maintain a user journey flow
Utilize promotions and online sales strategies to drive conversions
Report weekly on marketing performance and offer new retention strategies and campaign improvements
Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies and key triggers within the customer’s journey to drive increased lifetime value
Collect CRM requirements from marketing managers around the world, and launch ad-hoc campaigns to promote location events and initiatives
Work closely with business analysts and data scientists to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities for meeting KPIs
Adopt a constant test and learn mentality

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in CRM campaign management, along with understanding of data-driven marketing campaigns
Experience in a marketing role with a customer focused state of mind
Has a relevant degree
Highly structured, detailed oriented, data driven and organized
Customer centric and creative approach for marketing, data driven, team player, resilient, results orientated
Previous experience with CRM platforms and ESPs
Basic HTML skills and knowledge of CSS
Great personal and verbal skills
Excellent English level - written and verbal
Experience with Excel, Google Analytics or similar platforms
