A Company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join to a large international public firm, a leader in its field, as part of finance team.

As an Experienced Bookkeeper you will be responsible for:

Oversight and control of Accounts Payable activity, including relevant AP & general ledgers, payments and bank reconciliations
Manage relationship with local banks
Manage and control local petty cash, corporate credit cards, travel and vehicles system
Preparation of mandatory reports to local authorities (income tax, VAT)
Ensuring that relevant local accounting procedures are in place and fully documented
Continuous reviewing of current work processes to identify and implement improvements
Support Finance management at all locations as and when required

This job is for you only if you have:

At least 5 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper
Professional experience from an international / global company
Highly proficient in Excel
High level of English communication skills (writing, reading and speech)
Experienced with accounting systems and ERP systems
Experienced working with overseas vendors and customers
Assertive, responsible, able to work as part of a team and to provide services to both internal and external customers
Ability to build relationships at all levels and to gain others commitment
Willing to work long hours if needed
Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure in a changing environment
Time management and workload efficiency skills
