We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to assist with administrative and human resources related tasks. The administrative assistant will serve as first impression for our office, provide exceptional customer service, and become an important component of our progressive team environment.

Responsibilities

The administrative assistant will be responsible for processing funding applications on a daily basis which includes but not limited to:

· Ensuring all the documents are complete.
· Inputting/Updating the data in our database, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
· Sending out a missing information request, when needed.
· Forwarding processed files to our sales manager.

Keeps track of productivity by recording the number of calls made, emails generated, and funding applications received on a daily basis.
Assists in human resources related tasks which include but are not limited to:

· Recruitment: attracting, selecting, and appointing suitable candidates for jobs within the organization.
· Prepares employee agreements, warnings, and separation notices.
· Payroll: processing payroll and keeping a record of employees’ vacation and sick days.


Assist in administration tasks which include:

· Answering phone calls and ensure they are redirected accordingly.
· Supervises the maintenance of software and office equipment, including, computers, printers, etc.
· Ensuring the office is organized and clean.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and additional hours may be required on Sunday.

Compensation

8000 to 10,000 NIS Monthly (based on experience)
