A young cyber security company located in Airport City is seeking a part time administrative assistant to help with the development of a growing team and the running of daily operations of the local office.

Tasks include:

• Dealing with clients, suppliers via email, phone and face to face
• Completing basic daily and weekly reports
• Supporting new business development
• Actively managing schedules and calendars
• Preparing meeting briefs and materials

Skills:

• Experience of working as an administrative assistant
• Awareness and understanding of the world of cyber of technology a plus
• Bookkeeping experience a plus
• Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Work well under pressure
