Looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our HR department.

It’s a great opportunity to integrate into a large and successful high-tech company and be part of an excellent administration team

Responsibilities & Scope of Role

Addressing all administrative and reception needs of the company
Phone & frontal service
Management and responsibility of all the Office supplies, food & cleaning.
Supporting HR department.
Assisting with onboarding of new employees
Providing administrative assistance to the executive level management
Collaboration and full synchronization with the company’s service departments


Requirements

2-4 years of experience in administration in large companies (preferably in a high-tech)
First degree – advantage
Fluent English both speaking and writing

Skills and Qualities

Strong work ethic and determination to take ownership across wide-ranging responsibilities
Integrity and discretion while handling confidential information
Passion and energy to handle complex multitasking with grace and adaptability
Attention to detail, highly organized and the ability to learn quickly
