I was initially unsure about registering with Israemploy, simply because I had never heard of the company, and too many agencies and employment services just want to make a quick buck. Israemploy do not fall into this category. Within a week I had attended a one to one meeting with Ron Machol and my CV was completely re-written to an Israeli format. Ron gave me an extensive briefing about the state of the Israeli job market and the best strategies for finding work. His assessment was clearly based on detailed knowledge and several years experience; he also drew on his extensive network of personal contacts to help me.
What really impressed me about Israemploy was that nobody made any promises or attempted to create unrealistic expectations. I was at all times told what I needed to hear rather than what I wanted to hear. Nonetheless, I got the impression that they genuinely wanted me to succeed and provided frequent encouragement and useful suggestions. I finally succeeded in finding a job that suits me.
Israemploy are a very valuable asset for anybody who is new to the Israeli job market, and will potentially give even established Olim an edge in finding work, especially during this difficult economic situation. I would not hesitate to go back to them again in the future.

I’d like to highly recommend Israemploy’s premium service. As a very satisfied customer, I can attest to the fact that I received great value for my money.
I believe that Israemploy’s service is one-of-a-kind in Israel. From my first meeting with my employment advisor through the many follow-up calls and e-mails, I felt that I had someone to help me who was professional and caring.
From the analysis of my skills and experience, to the advice on how to write a CV (and where to get it translated into Hebrew for free!) that was not only suited to the Israeli workplace but to my own personal situation, his comments were helpful and on the mark.
What was especially appreciated was my advisor’s advice and help on how to develop and use networking skills, so important for success in finding a job in Israel. He even compiled a list of contacts for me so I could get started. Most important of all, he gave me the confidence to get out there and start looking.
Thanks to Israemploy, I have a new job, well suited to my skills and experience.

I am now happy to say that thanks to Israemploy, my c.v's received replies. I obtained interviews, I learned about local workplace customs and how to find local job openings. And thinking back to the article I read before my aliya, I now understand what the author meant. However, I must humbly add to his advice, not only must one be aware how one can move his or her experience and qualifications outside of the box in order to accommodate the local job market, but one must also be prepared to accept experienced advise from those who have already adapted to the local market. And there is no one who I can recommend other than Israemploys premium service. Take it from me this is an asset which cannot be overlooked, and in my opinion, one which should be made standard with every “sal klita.”

Your services were much appreciated. I preferred it over all other Israeli sites I am aware of. I plan to renew my subscription.

Thanks to israemploy I am now working as a copywriter for in Herzilya.
My advice to others looking for work is to join Israemploy, research the market they want to work in, keep a contacts book and keep all business cards you collect.
Another important tip is to format your resume to the American style, one page max with a sentence about each job, plus qualifications. Keep it simple & use bullet points. Make your resume flexible, you may need to change the order of bullet points depending on what work you are applying for. If you are applying to work ion a cafe they aren't interested in your Phd, but if you're applying to work in research/academia, you'll need to make your Phd the center of your resume.
The best tip is to be persistent, there is work out there but remember many people are applying for the same job.

As a new immigrant in Israel less than 6 months, I was just beginning my job search. I had no idea what to expect but I knew I needed help just understanding the "culture" of looking for a job in Israel.
From the very first meeting, my advisor Ron was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. He cared. He assisted with everything from my CV to even meeting people within my industry (Finance and Economics).
Within a week I was meeting economic professionals within his vast network. Within 5 months, I was employed.
Anyone who uses Ron as their professional advisor will not be disappointed. He is that good… he will be a not only a career coach but a friend."

The premium subscription at Israemploy helped me to realize that not only should I be looking for System Admin jobs but also post-sale and technical training positions.
My employment advisor helped me to re-write my CV to cater to these markets as well. I also realized that I need to spend much more time networking which I have begun doing. The networking has helped me to obtain new projects.

I highly recommend israemploy as a great tool for both job seekers and prospective employers alike. As an independent consultant who has always been able to rely on the “word of mouth” approach to marketing, I found the site particularly useful in connecting to a top client who I would not have reached on my own.
After a year of productive professional engagement, our work continues, and the relationship is going strong. I also recently had an occasion to post a job opening on behalf of another client and found israemploy equally effective in helping to identify potential candidates.
Without reservation, I would recommend the site as a truly user-friendly networking tool and the company as a business which cares deeply about strengthening Israel’s economic sector.

Your wonderful email list revolutionized my job search and saved me hours of frustrating faxing and mailing of resumes, not to speak of the expenses involved. My heartfelt thanks for your dedication to the jobless English speakers of Israel!! I am sure that you have managed to stave off imminent yerida for many new immigrants, and expensive mental health bills for us old-timers!

As I was looking for a new job that would suit my skills and aspirations I decided to give the premium membership of IsraEmploy a chance. After registering I scheduled a meeting with my advisor Ron, who sat with me for a couple of hours and helped me figure out what exactly it was that I was looking for. Ron was able to identify my strengths and interests and combine them into a list of possible fields that I should explore when searching for a new job.
I advise you to meet with Ron, at least once, in order to find the right path for you sooner than later

As a new Oleh, Israemploy was a great help to my search for employment or for a business to add professional value to. I enrolled as a Premium Member for three months and as a membership benefit, I had the pleasure of meeting one of Israemploy’s counsellors to get input and expertise on a job seeking marketing plan and with respect to my CV.
As a lifelong sports fan and enthusiast, I was most intrigued by an Israemploy ad for English speaking agents to sell on behalf of North American professional baseball teams. When I answered the ad and met the founder of the company, we quickly were convinced that we had complementary skills and good chemistry to manage the business together. As a result, in four months since arriving in Israel, I am now the President of Worldwide Sports TeleCenter (www.sportstelecenter.com ).
My Hakores HaTov to Israemploy and to the good counsel of Ron Machol for assisting me with my search for parnassa in Israel.

I would like to express my thanks to the Israemploy website and its staff. I was introduced to Israemploy by one of my friends, who described the website as a unique website that would contribute to my search for my next job.
Since I have joined as a member, it took me 4 weeks to engage into a process which led me to sign a contract with my new employer. I found, that one of the unique values of Israemploy are the detailed ads, which offers to the members in opposition to other websites, almost direct channels to the employers themselves. After a struggle that took 9 months using other websites, a short membrship with Israemploy made the biggst change in search for a job and as a result - to find one.

After only 10 job applications on Israemploy I am now working as Technical Writing Project Manager. My advice to other job seekers, don’t leave any stone unturned , think out of the box and have other people review your CV [adapt it to the job description].

I can only highly recommend the Israemploy Website for job seekers in Israel. Not only the jobs are numerous but this website is the most relevant, well-detailed and extremely reliable website I have ever found. When looking for a job myself a few months ago, I found out about this website by pure chance after a search on the net on jobs in Israel.
As I found numerous job opportunities in my own field (and so many others by the way), I paid particular attention to the presentation which is extremely clear (the jobs are classified according to an alphabetical order), I decided to register for a modest sum of money. After two or three days only, I received a phone call from a company and was invited for interview after which I was told I got the job.
As quick and as simple as that. I would say that this website gives efficient and serious results in a minimum of time. Besides, it is updated regularly (on a day to day basis) which enhances its effectiveness

I highly recommend Israemploy to everyone I meet! I had a fantastic one-on-one service where I was advised on my resume, given contacts which I would not have made through anyone else and given advice on interview techniques and questions.
This is the only website I recommend for English speaking job seekers. It leaves all other agencies I have dealt with both in Ireland & UK with a lot to catch-up on. They deserve full marks for the service they provide - an organization in Israel that will make that difference in your life.
Within a week of joining the Premium Service I had found my ideal job in Israel a task which everyone told me was impossible.
