| We are is looking for a Website Experience Manager to join our team!
Website Experience Manager main role & responsibility is to constantly audit ecommerce site for optimal performance. Look for opportunities to improve customer experience and increase the potential for a sale online.
Website Experience Manager is an important member of Experience team, follows a product or feature through its creation life cycle in a huge, dynamic and complex ecommerce website.
This is a full- time position from our office in TLV
RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Define and execute projects, understanding and improving CVR and ROI. b. Manage company’s sites user experience for effective user journeys. c. Plan and define website changes and functional improvements according to company’s strategy. d. Design, build and present customized technical POCs and product demonstrations. e. Characterizations of new features and sites improvements based on A/B tests and market research. f. Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising g. Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them h. Main point of contact for CSR, Marketing & R&D for site related modifications, bugs and improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
a. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to focus sharply on driving incremental value. b. A creative mind who is able to blend behavioral data and a deep understanding of user needs through qualitative insights to formulate assumptions. c. Intermediate experience with UX design, wireframing, and usability principles. d. Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for Experience Optimization e. Good understanding of digital analytics, user experience (UX) principles, consumer branded commercial experiences, and an appetite to learn more f. Knowledge of conversion optimization and trends g. Problem solver-oriented person h. Great organization and multi tasking skills. i. Online/Digital background – a must. eCommerce background – advantage. j. Leadership skills and a can-do positive attitude. |
