Web Chat Customer Representativ

We are looking for a Web Chat Customer Representative to support our Partners and Customers.

The Web Chat Representative will be handling live customer web chats from our public website and will be responsible for:

Deliver superior customer service for our partners and customers
Provide online solutions to majority of business and sales issues
Help to improve the organization’s overall functionality and efficiency by documenting issues and resolutions
Interfacing with relevant organizational functions and follow up until resolution


Previous experience in Sales & Customer Service
Live Chat experience - an advantage
Basic Computer Skills: MS Office, Internet Explorer
Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
Team player
