User Acquisition Team Lead
We are looking for a User Acquisition Team Lead to join the Performance Marketing team!

As a User Acquisition Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to manage a team that is handling a multi-million dollar monthly marketing budget for our successful app brands in one of the most promising, well-funded and profitable companies in Israel.


Lead a team of online campaign managers to become experts in their domains, and tell the right story to the right user across all segmentations and funnel stages
Build and closely monitor media plans in line with CPA, ROI, budget and LTV targets. Set aggressive targets for revenue and conversions from all online channels and ensure these KPI’s are being met
Develop benchmarks, set goals, plan and execute online marketing strategies
Create insightful, data-driven reports and draw meaningful conclusions that drive overall sales growth
Design A/B tests to measure lift in campaign performance and improve conversion rate
Identify relevant trends and marketing opportunities, stay up to date with industry and platforms developments
Perform self-directed performance analyses and communicate key findings to team
Collaborate with internal creative team
Implement testing methodologies to ensure constant improvement of KPI’s, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing


5+ years of experience in a marketing position, preferably promoting mobile apps, with a substantial track record in leading revenue driven and cost effective business growth at scale.
2+ years of experience managing hands-on significant monthly PPC budgets ($100K and up) for a mobile app - must
Experience with Google Ads, Ad Networks, DSP and other PPC channels
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, strong Excel skills
Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently, take initiative to find answers and make informed decisions
Experience working at a subscription-based business - a plus
Strong interpersonal communication and highly developed cross-organization social skills.
B.A. in a relevant field (communications, statistics, business, etc) - a plus
High level of English
