In this role, you have the opportunity to

ensure all mandatory training requirements are set and training is executed as required within the organization via training management tools.
Support the deployment and improvements of training administration tools within the organization.

You are responsible for

Ensuring all mandatory training requirements are set and training is executed as required
Ensuring the assignment of training requirements profiles and documentation for all job required training
Ensuring that managers assign the correct training profiles to all individual employees based on job requirement profiles
Reporting on training compliance and training related KPIs
Supporting the deployment of and/or improvements to training administration tools and processes
Providing feedback to users on profile and training compliance and non-compliance
Supporting users on using the Training Management System and supporting processes
Participating in the preparation of audits

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Relevant academic degree
Experience in supporting training management systems – advantage
Experience from regulated industry/ medical device – advantage
High level of knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Fluent verbal and written English
Attention to details/ self-directed
Customer orientation approach
