Tier 2 Customer Support
 
We're looking for a Tier 2 Customer Support to work with us on providing our players with a WOW customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the point of escalation between customer support and our production team
Work closely with the production team and technical support to solve technical issues
Provide comprehensive information regarding technical issues with our products
Resolve tier 2 customer inquiries from ticket queues

REQUIREMENTS

English proficiency (spoken and written)
At least 1 year experience as a Tier 2 Customer support representative
SQL – High level
Tech-savvy, ability to manage and prioritize multiple investigations.
Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
Previous work experience with Jira, BigQuery, Confluence
Advanced knowledge in Excel
Previous work experience with Postman - advantage
