Telecom Market Sales Manager
We are looking for an EMEA Telecom Sales Manager who can lead and drive growth into the segment in EMEA. The candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with the EMEA sales team and growing our presence and revenue in the EMEA Telecom’s market.

What you'll be doing:

Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets and exceeds revenue and profitability targets
Evangelize our Technical capabilities and solutions for Telecom both within the company and outside customers
Create & communicate, the Telecom market segment long-term outlook
Proactively leverage and collaborate with our solutions architects & product teams
Develop emerging technology strategic plan and drive early customer engagements
Strategize and build long term relationships with top customers
Drive technology collaboration and PoCs with customers
Identify, build relationships and drive collaborations with Ecosystem partners
Influence solution and product development by partnering closely with product planning and product marketing
Develop and maintain a robust deal pipeline with target customers to continuously grow the business
Own and deliver on EMEA Revenue Plan for Telecom

What we need to see:

Engineering degree or equivalent(MBA degree preferable)
10+ years of sales and/or business development knowledge and experience in networking, telecommunications, and service providers
Experience in Semiconductor/hi-tech industry preferably FPGA, ASIC, GPU, SoC, Telco, Network etc
Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
Outstanding presentation abilities, written, verbal and closing skills
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, technical knowledge, consultative selling approach
Ability to travel frequently
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with Mobile operators and/or network infrastructure vendors
Experience with working in disruptive Telecom markets – NFV, 5G, vRAN, Edge computing
