We’re looking for career-minded people who have strong internet technology skills and are passionate about interacting with and helping customers.

As a Tier 2 Technical Support service team member, you’ll research customer tickets, gain an understanding of their SEO and digital marketing analysis and reporting needs, and communicate the best solution via email or online meeting.

About You

You find it easy to quickly master new technology, love solving problems, obsessive about details and documenting them, love to write (content contribution to our blog), resourceful and persistent, problem solver, comfortable working in a team as well as independently.

Support Responsibilities

● Master the use of the SEO and Marketing Platform (Training will be provided)
● Tier 2 support involves complicated questions that may require you to research customer inquiries and quickly ascertain and communicate in business English, the information they need to successfully use our platform
● Assist with software testing and quality assurance.
● Assist with the creation of written and video documentation.
● Conduct individual web demos and facilitate group webinars.
● Conduct research and provide support for marketing team projects.
● Remain informed regarding SEO and digital marketing’s latest hot topics, trends and official announcements.
● Participate in social media networking via appropriate LinkedIn groups, Twitter and other social networks as directed.

Qualifications

● B2B Customer service / technical support experience
● Strong research skills
● Knowledge of SEO terminology, PPC, Social Media marketing and trending digital marketing techniques
● Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a passion for providing excellent service
● Confident & professional phone and web presentation skills
● English mother tongue (other languages a plus)
● Professional business English – both written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in online meeting applications, CRM, and MS Office / Google Business Apps
● Experience with creation of video documentation (a plus)
● Experience with HTML, PHP, CSS or other programming languages, APIs, Google Analytics, Search Console, AdWords, etc. (a plus)

Hours and Compensation

● Full-time, 5 days a week: Sunday through Thursday and CRM 1 to 2 hours on Fridays (no Shabbat hours) alternating with other team members
● US Business Hours Monday through Thursday
