Job description:

As a Technical support Specialist, you are responsible for Providing professional Training and customer support. Interfacing with but not limited to Sales, Service, Support, IT and Project Managers to effectively implement our Systems into physicians, customer and clinical sites and device users (subjects).
This includes pre and post-sales and clinical investigation activities.
Able to explain technical information in user friendly way.

REPORTS TO: Clinical Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide training to customers online/on-site/at customers’ home.
Monitor customer compliance and correct use of devices.
Communicate with customers proactively improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide customer support during and after hours when assigned.
Troubleshooting of product and accessories (mobile device, web interface).
Update product knowledge as product operations or features change.
Complete documentation of training and service report in a timely manner.
Understand the needs of our customers and effectively transfer these to R&D
Provide support by attending and/or participating in local, regional and national meeting, conferences and tradeshows.
Desire and ability to learn our products and those of our competition
Support in-house clinical testing

REQUIREMENTS

Two+ (2) years’ experience as a clinical application specialist in a medical device company or related field or promotion of in-house employee
Having above average knowledge of Windows PC’s, web and mobile devices.
Able to operate basic electrical diagnostic tools and understand basic electrical terms (Current, Impedance etc.)
Very good manual skills (able to assemble and fix equipment)..
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
Presents a professional image with above-average customer service skills.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Full working proficiency in English
Willing to travel local and abroad.
Able to respond beyond conventional office hours (Nights, Weekends…)
Knowledge in electrical stimulation, Neurology, Anatomy- Advantage.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
