An established software company with customers worldwide is growing rapidly and expanding its technical support team. With a client list that is expanding quickly, we are looking for talented individuals who have the ability to learn complex and exciting technology and most importantly, the passion to provide the best possible level of technical support to our customers.
As a Technical Support Representative, you will work with our clients by assisting with the functionality of our software on their systems and answering any questions over the phone.
Required Skills include:
Excellent phone skills and etiquette
Microsoft Windows proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical abilities, both with hardware and software
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to learn complex technical systems and applications quickly
Ideal Candidate will also have all or some of following skills:
Previous technical support experience.
Windows networking and file sharing skills
A+ and/or N+ certification
Familiarity with Android platform/tools
Familiarity with accounting software such as Quickbooks, Peachtree, etc.
Setup of hardware such as scanners, scales, printers & PC.
