Technical Account Manager
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to work closely with our customers, build and nurture relationships with customers and support them in the improvement process of their cybersecurity maturity.


Provide ongoing support for customers in the cybersecurity maturity improvement process
Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Acting as the main point of contact and the customer’s trusted advisor
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, from kick-off to execution
Make sure all deliverables arrive on time and with the best quality
Manage customer expectations and customer satisfaction
Communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders
Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities
Collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth


At least 3 years of experience working in different cybersecurity domains (application security, IT security, network security, risk management)
A proven track record of Technical Account Management or other relevant experience (project manager, account manager, customer success, etc.)
Fast learner, able to work independently and in a team
A well organized, detailed oriented and analytical thinker
Able to work well under pressure
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Hebrew and English; more languages – an advantage
Relevant Academic degree – an advantage
